There are some common questions listed below.
Answer: Since Facebook does not open message API, this is the only way to retrieve your history message. (except the way that open a message page and press your "Home" key with weight for 3 days)
Since Facebook use different time-format in different language, currently Facebook Message Viewer only support English format.
The downloaded copy replace some username with their Facebook account (ex. 10000000000@facebook.com) You can click on the name and input any name you like.
The message that posts photos or stickers becom empty in downloaded copy. So, yes, they becomes empty message here.
